Vans Warped Tour Announces Return to Washington D.C. in 2027

After rocking Washington, D.C., last weekend with dozens of sets including Jimmy Eat World, Dance Gavin Dance, Third Eye Blind, New Found Glory, and Glassjaw, Vans Warped Tour has announced the beloved festival will return to the nation’s capital in 2027.

Mark your calendars to June 19 – 20 2027. The iconic fest will once again take place at Festival Grounds at RFK Campus, just east of RFK Stadium. This week’s announcement notes that the event offers “easy access to vibrant neighborhoods including Capitol Hill, Eastern Market, and the Anacostia River waterfront.”

“It’s a pleasure to be back in Washington, D.C., bringing Vans Warped Tour back to the city,” Vans Warped Tour founder Kevin Lyman said in a statement. “D.C. has always had an incredible music culture, and we’re thrilled to welcome fans from across the region for a weekend packed with energy, discovery, and unforgettable performances.”

In partnership with Insomniac, the 2027 edition will feature more than 100 artists spanning rock, pop punk, alternative, emo, hip-hop, ska and beyond, as well as world-class skateboarders and elite action-sports athletes. The event will continue Vans Warped Tour’s tradition of showcasing both established acts and up-and-coming artists. Warped Tour has created a legacy of being one of the key events to catch artists that would go on to become icons in their respective genres and often in the overall music scene, with past performers including Blink-182, No Doubt, Sublime, Beck, Katy Perry, NOFX, Limp Bizkit, Black Eyed Peas, Green Day, Eminem, Yellowcard and Bad Religion, among others.

Warped Tour’s upcoming 2026 stops include two-day festivals in Long Beach, California, in July and Orlando, Florida, in November, along with the debuts of international editions in Montreal in August and Mexico City in September.

Tickets for D.C. 2027 go on sale Friday, June 19 at 12 p.m. ET. The festival will also continue its legacy of offering accessible pricing, with weekend passes starting at $149.98 (processing fees included). For more information, visit https://www.vanswarpedtourdc.com/.
