Bad Bad Hats and Party Nails Members Form New Band Megasound, Announce Debut Album

New indie-pop supergrou alert! Since 2012, Kerry Alexander and Chris Hoge have been the main members of the cult-favorite Minneapolis group Bad Bad Hats. Last year, they released a 10th-anniversary version of their debut album Psychic Reader , with a bonus LP over other bands covering their stuff. Other bands were down to participate, and the list of contributors included Ratboys, the Front Bottoms, Hippo Campus, and Party Nails, the one-woman project from LA-based musician Elena Carroll. Now, Alexander, Hoge, and Carroll all have a new band together.
