EDC Las Vegas Announces “Dusk Till Dawn” 12-Day, Two-Weekend Format for 2027
Electric Daisy Carnival’s flagship Las Vegas festival will expand to a 12-day “Dusk Till Dawn” event spread across two weekends in 2027, with each weekend featuring a different theme.

Bellwether electronic music festival Electric Daisy Carnival is expanding in 2027 to two weekends for a 12-day “Dusk Till Dawn” concept for its flagship Las Vegas event, with separate themes anchoring each weekend.
Described as a “newly reimagined festival,” EDC Dusk will span May 14-16 while EDC Dawn takes place the following weekend, May 21-23, with a full “Dusk Till Dawn Experience” running from May 13-24.
Tickets go on sale this Friday, with the option to choose to attend either weekend or both. From May 13–24, the “Dusk Till Dawn” experience will extend beyond the festival grounds with curated EDC-themed events throughout Las Vegas, according to the announcement.
Ticket pricing for 2027 starts at $399.99 for a one-weekend GA pass and $599.99 for a two-weekend GA pass, with layaway plans available starting with a $5 deposit. Additional details including artist lineups, themes and other programming are promised at a later date.
The announcement states the new concept is designed to feature a lower capacity, allowing for more space on the dance floor and allow for easier travel and accommodations. The flagship Las Vegas EDC has reportedly drawn into the 150,000-plus capacity.
Details regarding 2027 artist lineups, themes, stage programming, and citywide events for the “EDC Dusk Till Dawn” experience will be announced at a later date. The 2027 festival is being designed to have lower capacity, providing more space on the dance floor and making travel and accommodations easier.
“I’m really excited to introduce ‘Dusk Till Dawn’ as the next evolution of EDC and offer new ways for Headliners to experience the music, art, connection and community that make this festival so special,” said festival producer Insomniac founder Pasquale Rotella in the announcement. “We wanted to reimagine EDC as a new type of immersive journey across 12 days and two consecutive weekend celebrations in one city we love. This concept gives Headliners the freedom to choose their own path and join us for one or both weekends, while enabling us to continue evolving, experimenting creatively, and sharing new moments Under the Electric Sky.”
The news follows the event’s recent celebration of its 30th anniversary event at its longstanding home at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, with more than 450 artists across 18 different music spaces, with major talent including Kaskade, Martin Garrix, John Summit, Tiësto, Charlotte de Witte, Peggy Gou, Fisher, Underworld, The Prodigy, Subtronics, and many more.
Other highlights at this year’s Vegas EDC included the debut of the free “World Party Parade” on the Las Vegas Strip, new stage designs across multiple areas of the festival grounds, expanded art car programming and additional citywide events with EDC Week, Hotel EDC, and Camp EDC.
