Iceland Airwaves reveals initial 2026 lineup featuring Shygirl, The Streets

The 2026 edition of the Iceland Airwaves festival happens November 4-8 at venues all over downtown Reykjavík. They’ve just announced the initial lineup, which includes Shygirl, The Streets and Daði Freyr & The Iceland Symphony Orchestra , plus Dove Ellis, Arny Margret, Adult DVD, Inspector Spacetime, Joe & the Shitboys, PISS, Liim , and more. Tickets and travel packages are on sale now.

Focused on discovery and local artists, Iceland Airwaves is a great was to see a lot of music you might not see anywhere else, plus with music only at night you can spend your days exploring the country’s many natural wonders, a lot of which are only a few miles outside of Reykjavík. Those include spectacular waterfalls, alien topography, gueysers, and the many geothermal pools.

I’ve gone to Iceland Airwaves twice and both were great times. Check out the full initial lineup below.
