Imminence Reveal 2026 North American Tour With Dying Wish, Gaerea

Swedish metal band Imminence have announced a Fall 2026 North American tour in continued support of their 2024 album, The Black .

The 22-city outing kicks off November 13th in Worcester, Massachusetts, and hits up New York City, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Austin, Sacramento, Denver, and Kansas, among other locales, before winding down on December 13th in Montreal. Imminence will be supported by Dying Wish and Gaerea across the entire tour.

An artist pre-sale begins on Wednesday, June 17th, at 10 a.m. local time via Ticketmaster , with a general on-sale slated for Friday, June 19th, at 10 a.m. local time.

Imminence recently released a new stand-alone single, “The Sword That Never Bends.” The track, which serves as their debut single on Sumerian Records, is also their first since 2025’s expanded The Return of The Black . A press release states that the music video for “Sword” is also the “first glimpse into a larger visual world the band has been building behind the scenes.”

Formed in 2009, Imminence are comprised of vocalist Eddie Berg, rhythm guitarist Harald Barrett, bassist Christian Höijer, and lead guitarist Alex Arnoldsson. With violins featured across their catalog, the band’s take on metal skews more grandiose and atmospheric. Aside from The Black , they’ve released four other albums: 2014’s I , 2017’s This Is Goodbye , 2019’s Turn the Light On , and 2021’s Heaven in Hidin g.
