Laylo Introduces AI Ticket Sales Agent, Forms Partnership With DICE

Drop CRM and messaging platform Laylo has deployed a new AI Ticket Sales agent, with ticketing platform among the first partners to deploy the new product.

The product builds on Laylo’s platform, which it says is used by teams for events including Outside Lands, All Things Go, John Summit, and Ariana Grande. The sales agent follows up with fans based on what they actually did, in the voice of the artist or promoter, automatically. The product analyzes fan data and decides who to engage with personalized outreach, according to Laylo. Cart abandoners get a reminder, window-shoppers get low-inventory alerts, and ticket buyers get a nudge to bring friends.

Along with ticketing platform DICE, Stranger Than is among the first promoters using the agent, designed to to drive ticket sales and attendance.
