Venue operator Legends Global has announced the appointment of Caroline Wright as Executive Vice President, North American Venues.
In this role, Wright, most recently with Carolina Panthers owner Tepper Sports & Entertainment and with more than 30 years of executive leadership in sports and entertainment, will lead venue operations for the company’s portfolio of North American arenas, stadiums, theaters and convention centers.

We’re excited to welcome her to our team and energized by what we will build together.”
Wright joins Legends Global from Tepper Sports & Entertainment, where as Senior Vice President & Chief Venues Officer she led venue operations and capital strategy for Bank of America Stadium and Atrium Health Performance Park, home to the NFL’s Carolina Panthers and MLS’s Charlotte FC, both owned by Tepper. During her tenure, she negotiated $650 million in public investment for the Panthers’ $800 million stadium renovation.
“Legends Global has built a trusted reputation by combining deep expertise with a genuine commitment to its partners and the experiences they deliver on the world’s biggest stages,” Wright said in the announcement. “I’m proud to join this team and bring the operational discipline and partnership-first approach that has defined my career to help our venues perform at their very best.”
Prior to Tepper Sports & Entertainment, Wright spent 27 years at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment, where she directed seven facilities supporting the Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors, Toronto FC, and Toronto Argonauts.
Legends Global’s North American venue portfolio includes more than 250 stadiums, arenas and theaters, including Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, T-Mobile Center in Kansas City, and The Greek Theatre in Los Angeles.
