The Strokes Announce First NYC Headline Show Since 2023 in Queens
The Strokes are returning to their hometown for a show at Flushing Meadows Corona Park on October 2. This marks the band's first headline performance in New York City since 2023, with Beach House and TV on the Radio also on the bill.

The Strokes are adding a hometown show to their global tour. The band from New York City announced a concert at Flushing Meadows Corona Park on Oct. 2, marking its first headline show in the city since 2023.
The garage rock darlings are also bringing Beach House, TV on the Radio and Fcukers to support the memorable event, which will transform one of the Queen’s most iconic public spaces into a large open-air concert.
Fans can register for presale access at nyc.thestrokes.com . The artist presale begins June 17 at 10 a.m. ET, followed by the general onsale, which begins June 18 at 10 a.m. ET. Queens residents are eligible for a 20% discount on GA tickets beginning June 18 at 10 a.m. ET until Aug. 30 or until sold out.
The Strokes are hitting the road to promote their upcoming seventh studio album, Reality Awaits , which will be released July 24 via Cult Records/RCA Records. The band will perform in venues like Toronto’s RB Amphitheatre, TD Garden in Boston, Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Seattle’s Climate Pledge Arena, The O2 in London and Manchester’s Co-op Live. They will also headline festivals such as this weekend’s Bonnaroo, Just Like Heaven in Pasadena, Atlanta’s Shaky Knees, Corona Capital in Mexico City and Primavera Sound in Buenos Aires and São Paulo.
The Strokes are managed by Red Light Management. Independent Artist Group books The Strokes in North America, and WME handles their bookings in other territories.
The beloved band headlined a sold-out show at Bill Graham Civic Auditorium on April 6, grossing $847,044 from 8,513 tickets, according to Pollstar Boxoffice.
