Robert Plant’s Saving Grace Announces Fall Tour for “Up The Sharp End” Album
Robert Plant and Saving Grace will embark on a fall tour, "Up The Sharp End," to support their new album of the same name. The tour kicks off in September, running through mid-October, with dates across the U.S. Midwest and West Coast.

Robert Plant with his new band Saving Grace, celebrating their recent new album of the same title, have announced a fall tour, ‘Up The Sharp End” of stops in the U.S. Midwest and West Coast, kicking off in September and running into the middle of October.
The band, which embarked on two sold-out U.S. legs last fall and this spring, will stop in markets including Saint Louis, Santa Fe, San Francisco, Minneapolis, and Chicago among others. Also on the tour is multi-instrumentalist and songwriter Suzi Dian, who along with her own material performs in Saving Grace.
Plant and the band also recently performed on NPR’s Tiny Desk, on CBS Saturday Morning, and on NPR’s World Café, and the frontman was interviewed by Stephen Colbert on “The Late Show” where he also performed as one of the show’s final guests, playing “Higher Rock” and the Led Zeppelin favorite “Ramble On.”
“Up The Sharp End” artist presales begin Wednesday, June 10 at 10 a.m. local time, with general onsale beginning Friday, June 12 at 10 a.m. local time.
The Saving Grace album was six years in the making, with Plant and the group — vocalist Suzi Dian, drummer Oli Jefferson, guitarist Tony Kelsey, banjo and string player Matt Worley, and cellist Barney Morse-Brown — “exploring the evolution of roots music both vintage and modern,” according to the announcement. The project began at Plant’s home on the Welsh borderlands in 2019.
Robert Plant is represented by High Road Touring.
