Chelsea Cunningham and Justin Miller have been appointed Vice Presidents of North American Venues at AEG Presents. Cunningham will manage venue policies and procedures, while Miller will oversee capital improvements and maintenance.

AEG Presents has named Chelsea Cunningham and Justin Miller Vice Presidents of North American Venues. Cunningham will now assume executive responsibility for the company’s venue policies and procedures and Miller will take on oversight of all venue capital improvements and maintenance nationally.
Cunningham will be based in Los Angeles and Miller in Detroit. Both will report to Brent Fedrizzi, President of North American Regional Offices, AEG Presents.
“Chelsea and Justin exemplify the kind of thoughtful, forward-looking leadership that drives our venue business,” stated Fedrizzi in the announcement. “Chelsea has helped strengthen our operational foundation and talent strategy across the company, while Justin has overseen significant capital improvements that have elevated our venue portfolio. I’m thrilled to see them step into these expanded roles.”
Cunningham most recently served as Vice President of North American Operations at AEG Presents, a role she assumed in 2025, overseeing operations across more than 50 venues throughout North America. According to the announcement, she’ll partner with regional leadership teams to lead initiatives focused on operational efficiency, cost reduction and revenue growth through preferred partner programs, food & beverage strategy and venue experience enhancements.
Cunningham brings extensive experience in live entertainment, venue management, and event operations, having held prior leadership roles at The Forum, Ticketmaster and Fox Corporation.
“AEG Presents has built an incredible venue portfolio because of the people operating these buildings every day,” added Cunningham. “I see my role helping align big-picture strategy with the operational needs of our teams in the field. As the portfolio continues to grow, I’m looking forward to partnering more closely with Justin on capital expenditures and initiatives that support the long-term health and performance of our venues.”
Miller, who has a background in construction, began his live events career in 2001 as a touring stage manager and guitar tech. In 2003, he took his first venue role as the production manager at the Royal Oak Music Theatre. A year and a half later, he accepted the role of GM and served as project manager on major renovations at the Royal Oak Music Theatre, Masonic Temple Detroit, The Agora Cleveland, Jacobs Pavilion and Globe Iron. Miller moved to The Masonic Detroit in 2018 as GM and VP of Operations.
“I’m grateful and excited to partner with Chelsea in my new role with the company,” stated Miller. “She’s been shouldering an incredible workload, particularly as of late, and this new structure should help to lighten that burden while increasing efficiencies and helping to pool resources.”
