It was revealed last week that Druski would become the first online content creator to host SNL on Nov. 7. Now, we know that the Strokes will serve as the musical guest for that episode. We also now know that the following episode, slated for Nov. 14, will have John Mulaney as host and Phoebe Bridgers as the musical guest.

The Strokes — who released their seventh record Reality Awaits earlier this year — have played SNL a few times, the latest of which was in 2020 with Mulaney hosting. Bridgers last played SNL with boygenius in 2023. Before that, she did a solo performance in 2020 and smashed her guitar, which made a lot of people, including David Crosby , irrationally angry. Bridgers just released her phenomenal third album Lost Weekend and has been bringing it to stages on her phone-free tour .

Previously, we knew that the Oct. 31 episode would have Obsession 's Inde Navarette as host and Gracie Abrams as the musical guest.
