Ticket & Live Event Glossary

Plain-language explanations of the words used on ticket listings — pricing and fees, sale phases, seating and venue terms, delivery methods, VIP and hospitality access, accessibility, order and event-change language, and buyer protection. Every entry opens with a short answer; the deeper explanation is one tap away.

Anything that varies by event, venue or seller — fees, delivery timing, refunds, view notes, accessibility features — points back to that source rather than stating a single rule.
