The Belmont Stakes closes the Triple Crown in June and is the longest of the three legs, which is why it has decided so many Triple Crown attempts.
Its traditional home is Belmont Park in Elmont, New York, but the redevelopment of that facility has moved recent editions to Saratoga Race Course in upstate New York. Confirm the announced host before making travel plans for any given year.
