Major wrestling events

Permanent reference pages for the recurring championships in this sport. Each one explains how that event is run and what its tickets normally cover.

Touring shows and flagship events

Professional wrestling runs on a near-continuous touring schedule. Most dates are regular arena shows, including televised broadcasts, while a smaller number of recurring flagship events are staged at a much larger scale and are announced further ahead. The flagship events have durable identities of their own, which is why they have permanent pages here.

Cards are announced by the promotion and can change. Advertised participants are not part of what a ticket covers, and promotions state as much in their own terms.

  • Regular touring shows and flagship events are very different in scale.
  • Announced cards and appearances can change before the date.
  • One promotion or another is not a separate category here — Wrestling is the parent.

Seating in a wrestling arena

The ring is normally placed on the arena floor with a staging and entrance structure at one end. Floor seats are closest to the ring but sit at ring level, so sightlines depend heavily on the row and on the production build. Lower-bowl seats facing the ring often give the most complete view of both the ring and the entrance stage.

Stadium-scale events use a much larger production, which changes the relationship between distance and view considerably compared with an arena show.

  • Floor rows are close but low; elevated seats see the full ring and stage.
  • Production and stage placement vary from event to event.
  • Seating layouts, permitted items and entry policies are set by each venue and each event, so check the official venue and event information before you travel.

Wrestling ticket questions

Is the advertised card guaranteed?
No. Promotions announce cards in advance and reserve the right to change them. Any terms about changes come from the promotion and from your order.
Are floor seats the best seats?
Not automatically. Floor seats are closest but at ring level, while elevated seats facing the ring often show the ring and the entrance stage more completely.
