How do I know my order went through?
A confirmation email with an order reference is sent by the seller once payment is accepted. Keep it: it is what you use for any question about the order.
If a confirmation has not arrived, check the spam folder first, then contact the seller named on the checkout page - they hold the order, we do not.
The Concierge answers this question with exactly this text, so the chat and this page can never disagree.
