Singer-songwriter Sondre Lerche, from Bergen, recently provided a pronunciation lesson for Norwegian band names at the Norwegian Consulate in Manhattan. This comes after the release of his new album, "Acrobats," on PLZ/Vir.
Last week I went to the Norwegian Consulate in Manhattan, where all Norwegian musicians live when they play Bowery Ballroom (someone fact check that), and I ran into Sondre Lerche, the Bergen-born singer-songwriter who just released a lovely new album called 'Acrobats' on PLZ/Virgin. He’s on tour in the US this month before heading home for a run of shows in Norway.
