Superstruct Entertainment Achieves Triple ISO Certification Milestone
Superstruct Entertainment is now the first live entertainment company globally to concurrently hold ISO 9001 for quality, ISO 14001 for environmental, and ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety management.

Superstruct Entertainment, by its own admission, has become “the first live entertainment company in the world to hold all three major ISO certifications at once: for quality management (ISO 9001), environmental management (ISO 14001) and occupational health and safety management (ISO 45001).
“Achieving all three certifications involved bringing together existing practices from across different teams and markets, while developing new Group-level standards, processes and assurance mechanisms within one shared management framework. Teams across Superstruct’s businesses took part throughout the process,” according to today’s press announcement from Superstruct.
“The group-wide approach also means teams can now share what they learn more easily, bringing together operational performance data, incident learning, assurance findings and audience feedback to identify trends, inform management decisions and spread good practice across the business,” it continues.
The certifications, awarded by UKAS accredited certification body Amitvo (British Assessment Bureau), cover Superstruct at group level, recognizing the management systems behind a diverse portfolio that includes some of the world’s most respected and culturally significant live events.
Superstruct worked with PCR Global throughout this process, a business consultancy that provides specialist support on ISO management systems and certification. PCR helped assess existing systems against the relevant ISO standards, identify gaps and support the development and implementation of the Group level framework needed to prepare for certification.
The certifications themselves were independently awarded by UKAS accredited certification body Amitvo (British Assessment Bureau).

Rebecca Kane Burton, Chief Operating Officer at Superstruct Entertainment: “Running live events at this scale means taking our responsibility to audiences, artists, teams, communities and the environments in which we operate seriously. Having a common benchmark across quality, environmental management and health and safety gives us a strong foundation for doing that consistently across the Group.
“What I’m particularly proud of is how quickly teams across Superstruct have embraced the process. Achieving all three certifications has required real engagement across the business, and reflects our culture of shared responsibility, learning from each other and continually improving how we operate.
“As we continue to grow, we want to keep raising the bar for ourselves, from safety and quality through to how we reduce our environmental impact, and use our collective experience to make live events better for everyone.”
Andrew Collins, Director, Strategic Operations, PCR Global: “The ISO certifications are important, but what stands out is the engagement behind them. Since becoming involved with Superstruct in November 2025, I have seen strong understanding and ownership of quality, environmental and health and safety management across the organization. Bringing that experience together within a Group level framework is a significant achievement, and Superstruct’s approach to operational standards, assurance and data-led continual improvement demonstrates a clear ambition to lead within the live events industry.”
