Garth Brooks and TuneIn End Three-Year Sevens Radio Network Partnership

Garth Brooks and TuneIn have concluded their three-year, Sevens Radio Network partnership, which offered live, free radio stations including The BIG 615, Tailgate Radio and The Garth Channel to country music listeners globally.

The conclusion of the Sevens Network and TuneIn venture follows audio streaming platform TuneIn’s acquisition by the Stingray Group, which occurred in December 2025.

The Sevens Radio Network partnership started in 2023, with the launch of The BIG 615. At the time, Brooks had envisioned a network of seven radio stations, though only three stations ultimately launched, including “The Big 615,” followed by “Tailgate Radio” in August 2023 and the revival of “The Garth Channel,” which had originally aired on SiriusXM, later that year. When The BIG 615 launched in 2023, it was led by on air talent Storme Warren, with Monta Vaden serving as music director, Maurice Miner serving as head of industry relations and Bob Richards serving as program director.

Billboard reached out to a Brooks representative regarding potential staff cutbacks, but did not hear back immediately.

The Garth Channel and Tailgate Radio will sign off the air on Tuesday (Sept. 22). The BIG 615 will continue to broadcast through the end of 2026 under the TuneIn platform, but it will no longer feature an affiliation with Brooks or The Sevens Network.

“The Stingray family has been fantastic in the transition along with TuneIn’s people,” Brooks said in a statement. “We couldn’t be happier with the three years we have spent with them and wish them well on their future endeavors and hope we cross paths in the future.”

According to a release, new broadcast and multimedia initiatives will be announced in the coming months.

Currently, Brooks is on the road spearheading his arena tour, with upcoming dates including Sept. 25-26 in Orlando, Florida and Oct. 9-11 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Brooks recently wrote an emotional letter to fans on his website , expressing gratitude for their response to the shows. “In all my years, I have never ‘felt’ what I’ve been feeling this year in the live arena. There is a joy, there are tears, and both seem to be a surprise to those feeling it… I wonder if this is what ‘unity’ feels like? We bring our differences into the room; we always have, but yet, in a heartbeat, all voices are singing the same words. Is this what ‘united’ feels like? Is this what happens if we ALL sing together?”

Brooks was also recently announced as a headliner for the 2027 Stagecoach country music festival, alongside Riley Green and Zach Top. He will release his 1998 album, Double Live , on vinyl for the first time on Nov. 6.
