HYBE and event cinema distributor Trafalgar Releasing are taking their K-pop cinema festival worldwide.
HYBE CINE FEST 2026 will run in theaters from October 24 through October 31 , the two companies announced on Tuesday (September 22).
The festival will play in over 60 territories, after earlier editions in Latin America in 2024 and across Asia in 2025 .
Six presentations make up the lineup, including two live cinema broadcasts of the BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ from South America .
The first will be broadcast from Buenos Aires on October 24 in the Americas and October 25 in the rest of the world.
The companies describe it as the “first-ever BTS Live Viewing broadcast from South America,” and say it marks “BTS’ first-ever performance in Argentina.”
The second comes from São Paulo on October 30 in the Americas and October 31 elsewhere – one of three BTS shows at Estádio MorumBIS that close out the group’s Latin American leg, a run HYBE and Trafalgar call “the grand finale” of the tour’s time in the region.
They will be the fourth and fifth cinema broadcasts of the ARIRANG tour, following live viewings from Goyang and Tokyo in April and Busan in June.
Three more titles are concert films from SEVENTEEN , TOMORROW X TOGETHER , and ENHYPEN .
SEVENTEEN ‘s film is drawn from the group’s WORLD TOUR ‘NEW_’ , which the companies say marks “a bold new era beyond their 10th anniversary.”
TOMORROW X TOGETHER ‘s is taken from ACT : TOMORROW , the group’s fourth world tour, built on what the release calls the message of “moving forward together toward a promised tomorrow.”
ENHYPEN ‘s film captures the Seoul show that opened the group’s BLOOD SAGA world tour.
The sixth title is the HYBE CHEERING PARTY in 3D.
That screening runs music videos from BTS , SEVENTEEN , TOMORROW X TOGETHER , ENHYPEN , LE SSERAFIM , &TEAM , BOYNEXTDOOR , TWS , ILLIT , KATSEYE , aoen , CORTIS , and SANTOS BRAVOS , with 3D-enhanced on-screen lyrics.
Tickets go on sale internationally on Wednesday (September 30) at 6am PT / 9am ET / 2pm BST .
“Following the incredible response to HYBE CINE FEST across Latin America and Asia, we are scaling this festival format to global cinema audiences,” said Marc Allenby , CEO of Trafalgar Releasing . “Bringing together major concert films, interactive 3D cheering parties, and landmark live broadcasts across a single week gives fans everywhere an unprecedented way to celebrate their favorite HYBE artists together in cinemas.”
The festival will also run its Special Location program, which places photo zones and message walls inside selected cinemas, with interactive zones, official merchandise, and limited-edition capsule toys at Special Location Plus sites.
Previously offered in Latin America and Asia , that program is expanding to North America and Europe this year, according to the announcement.
Trafalgar has been putting BTS into cinemas since 2018 , starting with Burn the Stage: The Movie , released when HYBE was still Big Hit Entertainment .
The BTS Permission to Dance on Stage – Seoul broadcast grossed USD $32.6 million from 3,711 cinemas in 75 countries and regions in a single day in March 2022.
Trafalgar Releasing , a subsidiary of Trafalgar Entertainment , says it reaches more than 15,000 cinemas across 132 countries.
The company handled distribution across the rest of the world for TAYLOR SWIFT | THE ERA S TOUR , which passed USD $261.6 million at the global box office , becoming the highest-grossing concert documentary film in history, according to AMC Theatres Distribution .
The festival arrives as HYBE ‘s live business does the heavy lifting in its financial results.
Concert revenue rose 243.3% YoY to KRW 647.7 billion (USD $432 million) in the second quarter of 2026, as the BTS tour drove HYBE to a record quarter .
HYBE staged 279 performances – 250 concerts and 29 fan meetings – across 53 cities in 2025 with 12 touring artists, generating record annual concert revenues of KRW 763.9 billion (USD $537.5 million) .
SEVENTEEN ‘s Right Here and NEW_ tours ran to a combined 49 shows in 22 cities that year, while TOMORROW X TOGETHER ‘s ACT : PROMISE and ACT : TOMORROW tours played 40 shows in 21 cities and ENHYPEN ‘s Walk The Line tour played 26 shows in 16 cities.
ENHYPEN launched BLOOD SAGA – the tour the festival’s concert film is drawn from – in May, and took it into Latin America for the first time in July with shows in São Paulo , Lima , and Mexico City .
HYBE said in February that the ARIRANG tour would run to 82 shows in 34 cities across 23 countries, including Buenos Aires . Three further Latin American dates were added in April, and the schedule has continued to grow, with Japanese and Middle Eastern shows still to be announced for 2027.
HYBE , which rebranded from Big Hit Entertainment in March 2021 , said full venue details are available at hybecinefest.com.
Programming schedules and regional showtimes will follow at the same address, with live and delay-broadcast times for the two BTS screenings listed at btsliveviewing.com. Music Business Worldwide
