JoJo Announces ‘The High Road’ 20th Anniversary Tour

Singer-songwriter-actress JoJo is celebrating the 20th anniversary of her The High Road album with a same-named tour. The special run — formally billed The High Road Tour: 20 Years Unplugged — will begin in Boston on Nov. 13 and wrap in Chicago on Nov. 24.

In a press release announcing the tour, JoJo stated, “This album changed the trajectory of my life and career in so many ways. I can’t believe it’s been 20 years since The High Road . These songs have grown with me, and I’ve grown with them. I’m so excited to celebrate this milestone with the people who have been there since the beginning and to experience these songs together in a really intimate and special way.”

Released in 2006, The High Road was the sophomore follow-up to the pop/R&B singer’s 2004 self-titled debut studio album, which was certified Platinum. The High Road featured JoJo’s first Billboard Hot 100 top five hit with lead single “Too Little Too Late.” Certified Gold, the album also spun off two additional singles: “How to Touch a Girl” and “Anything.”

Over the course of her career, JoJo has released six albums. In addition to the two aforementioned projects, the remaining four include Mad Love (2016), Good to Know (2020), December Baby (2020) and Trying Not to Think About It (2021). She’s also a New York Times bestselling author with the 2024 memoir, Over the Influence . Her acting credits include Broadway ( Moulin Rouge! ) and television ( All American ).
