Green Bay Packers wide receiver Jayden Reed has been placed on injured reserve following a neck injury sustained in Week 2's game against the Jets, according to sources reported by ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Reed, 26, is out indefinitely, if not for the season, as he continues his recovery.
Apparently reacting to the news, he posted to Instagram on Wednesday: "God will use the unusual to do the unexpected... 11 out."

Reed, who signed a three-year, $50.25 million contract extension in April, has four receptions for 24 yards in two games this season.
A second-round pick of the Packers in 2023, he has 142 catches for 1,881 yards and 18 total touchdowns in his career.
