Sour Widows Unveil Alluring New Single "Choke Chain" Ahead of Album "Sigil"

Sour Widows' new record Sigil is going to be good. We know this from the advance singles " Blood In The Grass " and " Lucky Star, " the latter of which earned a spot on our list of the 5 best songs of the week . Now, they're back with an alluring slowburner called "Choke Chain."

"In Egyptian mythology, when someone dies, the god Anubis weighs their heart against a feather to determine the fate of their soul — I like to think that when I'm dead, the relationships that caused me hurt will probably feel amusing," Susanna Thomson explains.
