Yung Lean and GENER8ION to Debut on US TV at VMAs 2026
Swedish artist Yung Lean and French producer GENER8ION, who gained attention for their "Storm" video directed by Romain Gavras, will perform together for Yung Lean's first US television appearance at the 2026 VMAs.
Back in April, the influential Swedish singer/rapper hybrid Yung Lean and the French producer GENER8ION went viral with their "Storm" video . Directed by Romain Gavras, the video stars Yung Lean as the bully at a fancy, futuristic boarding school. In the lengthy final scene, he wears a suit and tie and stands on bleachers amidst a large group of dancers, also wearing suits and ties. Intense choreography ensues. Gavras captures the whole sequence from a wide angle, framing a stoic, smoking Yung Lean amidst a heaving throng of humanity.
