Multiple Academy Award and Grammy Award-winning composer Hans Zimmer, together with Semmel Concerts and RCI Global, announced the North American leg of “Hans Zimmer Live – The Next Level,” his latest live production featuring the man himself on stage alongside his 19-piece band.
Following its record-breaking success in Europe, “Hans Zimmer Live – The Next Level” will arrive in the U.S. and Canada beginning February 17, 2027 at PeoplesBank Arena in Hartford, CT.
The tour currently comprises 30 dates through April 11, including stops at Chicago’s United Center (March 5), Charlotte’s Spectrum Center (March 9), Paycom Center in Oklahoma City (March 21), Mortgage Matchup Center in Phoenix (March 30), Honda Center Anaheim (April 2), Rogers Arena in Vancouver (April 8), before closing April 11 at Moda Center in Portland, ME.
“The Next Level” toured Europe this year, selling out arenas across the continent, and, culminating with two nights at MEO Arena in the Portuguese capital of Lisbon, March 31 and April 1.
The production traveled with 150 personnel, including band members, brass section, choir, crew, and production team, supported by 20 trucks and nine nightliners. Each performance required 100 tons of equipment, assembled and dismantled from city to city.
The newly designed stage spanned 17 meters wide, 15 meters deep, and 5 meters high, featuring three lifts. To deliver Zimmer’s signature sound, 920 speakers generated 955,400 watts of power – exceeding the energy consumption of major festivals.
By April 2, 2026, the tour had completed 50 sold-out shows in 17 countries in Europe’s largest arenas, thrilling 600,000 fans and closing what promoter Semmel Concerts described as “one of the most successful and ambitious film music tours ever staged.”

An evolution of Zimmer’s celebrated live concerts, “The Next Level” combines “powerful electronic soundscapes, spectacular lighting design and an entirely new stage production to create a powerful audiovisual spectacle on an unprecedented scale.
“Fueled by Zimmer’s constant desire to push creative boundaries and explore new sonic territory, the show takes audiences on a journey beyond the traditional concert experience,” according to the promoters.
Joining Zimmer on stage is a 19-piece ensemble featuring some of accomplished musicians and performers.
“I want fans to feel like they’re at a rave party or riding a roller coaster. For me, every show is a new voyage of discovery,” Hans Zimmer commented, “The greatest challenge is the status quo – you have to do everything in your power to leave it behind and find and create something new.”
