ROAM Appoints Maxie Gedge as Head of Artist Delivery

Live booking agency ROAM has appointed Maxie Gedge to a newly-created role as Head of Artist Delivery.

Gedge joins from Secretly Group, where she coordinated album campaigns for artists including Mitski and Phoebe Bridgers as European Project manager. The newly created Head of Artist Delivery role positions her at the strategic heart of the agency’s UK and European operations team.

Gedge’s responsibility will be the “end-to-end delivery across the roster, including team growth and process development,” according to today’s press announcement from ROAM, which is experiencing “a period of rapid growth.” Hence the agency’s “continued investment in internal infrastructure and resources, ensuring the agency can support its artist clients with consistency and care.”

A widely respected artist advocate, Gedge has programmed hundreds of shows and worked for festivals, venues, and talent development organisations across a range of genres.

Before joining Secretly Group in 2021, she worked as Communications Co-Ordinator at PRS Foundation and was Project Manager at Keychange, the international network and movement for full gender equality in the music industry.

Recognised on the shesaid.so Alternative Power 100 List, the Music Week Women in Music Roll of Honour and IQ Magazine’s LGBTIQ+ List celebrating 20 queer pioneers, Maxie has also sat on juries for MOBO Unsung, the SAY Awards, and the BRIT Awards.
