ILMC 39 Returns to London in February 2027, Anticipating Over 3,000 Industry Professionals

ILMC returns to London, England, Feb. 23-26, 2027 for its 39th edition, expecting more than 1,700 industry professionals at the main conference, and some 3,000 when including all the side shows ILMC that have become part of ILMC, like Soho Calling, Touring Entertainment Live and the Arthur Awards 2027.

This year sees the biggest changes to the conference set-up since it moved to the Royal Lancaster four years ago. According to the organizers, “the spaces have been completely reconfigured to create ILMC Central, a giant ground floor networking space where hundreds of people can meet up at the same time.”

Other changes include the Arthur Awards moving to the London Hilton Park Lane, one of the city’s most luxurious banqueting settings. Ensuring continuity is CAA’s Emma Banks, who returns as host for the ceremony, where 600 guests are expected.

By the looks of it, the Futures Forum, which had become a Friday tradition at ILMC, won’t return in 2027. Instead, according to ILMC head Greg Parmley, conversations focused on younger executives will be moved into the main conference program, which will be expanded and extended to include the Friday.

A number of routes to enabling young and aspiring live professionals to attend ILMC for free or at a discounted rate will be in place to ensure that the next generation of leaders are well-represented.

Legends Global, for instance, will again support ILMC’s Alia Dann Swift Bursary Scheme, which offers a complimentary conference pass and mentoring opportunities to 30 young professionals.

As previously reported, the Green Events & Innovations Conference will be breaking with the long-standing tradition of taking place on the first day of ILMC on the same premises , and instead move location in order to give attendees of both events – ILMC and GEI have both grown in recent years – some more breathing space. Both events continue to collaborate closely, though.

In addition to ILMC’s schedule of debates, workshops, keynotes and events, the conference sees the return of Touring Entertainment Live, dedicated to the global business of big brand live entertainment, exhibitions and touring family shows, on Thursday 25 February.

Meanwhile, ILMC’s Central London showcase event, Soho Calling, has become a key part of the conference week and will take place across eight music venues on the evening of Wednesday 24 February.

ILMC’s platinum partners are Live Nation and Ticketmaster; gold partners are CTS Eventim and Legends Global; silver partners are atVenu, Aviva Arena, AXS, BWO Entertainment, DEAG Entertainment Group, Showsec and Tysers Live.
