KATSEYE: WILD HEARTS is coming to Disney+ , and the trailer — which arrived Wednesday (Sept. 30) —- provides a fast-moving glimpse at the six-member group’s whirlwind rise while putting the spotlight on the fans who have been along for the ride. Set against clips of packed performances, rehearsals and candid moments with the members, the trailer promises an exclusive look at what happens when a pop group goes from reality-show hopefuls to an international phenomenon.

The preview is diverse in the way it showcases the members dressed to the nines for their performances, as well as dressed comfortably in their hotel rooms while they wind down. WILD HEARTS isn’t solely interested in just the pretty parts of KATSEYE’s story. The trailer repeatedly pulls the camera closer, showing quieter moments that hint at the pressure behind the scenes. In one particular intimate clip sequence, Sophia sits alone in a dark room before the trailer cuts back into a flash of the frenetic energy of KATSEYE’s public life.

And, fittingly for a documentary that describes itself as a love letter to EYEKONS, the fans are everywhere. The trailer includes footage of fans cheering at shows, interacting with the members and celebrating KATSEYE’s milestones, underscoring just how quickly the group has built a dedicated international audience.

The global girl group also show no signs of stopping anytime soon, especially considering the amount of achievements it’s recently secured. KATSEYE recently scored its first No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with its third EP, WILD , while the group is currently in the midst of its KATSEYE: THE WILDWORLD TOUR. The documentary arrives as the group enters another major chapter in its already rapid ascent.

KATSEYE: WILD HEARTS is produced by Interscope Films and Boardwalk Pictures in partnership with HYBE x Geffen and directed by Nadia Hallgren. It premieres Oct. 16 on Hulu and Disney+ in the U.S., with an international Disney+ release.
