Marcus Mumford Embraces His Inner "Disney Adult"

There was a lot Marcus Mumford could have talked about as a guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Monday night, such as the band’s latest album, Prizefighter , their ongoing tour , or even his wife Carey Mulligan being cast in Greta Gerwig’s Narnia movie. But the Mumford & Sons frontman spent a good chunk of his appearance discussing his obsession with Disneyland/Disney World/ Disney Paris, et al. after volunteering that he is, in fact, a Disney adult.

“I love [Disney] so much…,” he told Kimmel. “What I really like to do is go on my own.” He went on to share some of his favorite hacks (“Get a guide… they help you skip the queues”) and his favorite rides (Space Mountain, Pirates of the Caribbean, Avatar). “I just love being in a place where it’s totally culturally acceptable to wear Mickey ears and branded Star Wars shirts,” he added.
