Rapsody Announces Intimate Four-City “God Gotta Afro & Gold Hoops” Unplugged Tour

Rapsody is bringing her brand-new album, God Gotta Afro & Gold Hoops, to a stage near you with a special four-city event. Rapsody took to Instagram to reveal the announcement, detailing the event as an “intimate 4-city tour of GOD GOTTA AFRO & GOLD HOOPS. Unplugged style. Only 4 dates for this experience.”

The trek begins on Oct. 16 in Brooklyn at the Crown Hill Theatre, then stops at the Park West in Chicago, IL on Oct. 18, the Vinyl in Atlanta, GA on Oct. 20, and concludes on Oct. 23 at the Blue Note Los Angeles. Tickets for the tour are available here .

Elsewhere in her announcement, the North Carolina native revealed that “more tours” are on the way, making stops “worldwide.”

Rapsody released God Gotta Afro & Gold Hoops on Aug. 21, 2026, through Roc Nation to critical acclaim. Rap describes the 16-track album as “peak Blackness” and power, with the LP resting on the premise of seeing God in oneself, and follows the throughline of immense, raw vulnerability first showcased on her 2024 album, Please Don’t Cry.
