Ye's Sold-Out Russia Stadium Concerts Called Off by Say Agency
Moscow-based Say Agency has confirmed the cancellation of two sold-out concerts by Ye, formerly Kanye West, in St. Petersburg. The shows were originally scheduled for October 10 and 11 at Gazprom Arena.

After weeks of confusion, Moscow-based event producer Say Agency confirmed it is not moving forward with the two sold-out Ye concerts in St. Petersburg.
The rapper formerly known as Kanye West was scheduled to perform at Gazprom Arena in St. Petersburg on Oct. 10 and 11. Say Agency recently sent a message via Telegram that the stadium concerts “cannot take place on the scheduled dates.”
“Say Agency is deeply grateful to everyone who has stood by us over the past month and a half—offering support, sharing our concerns, and—just like us—eagerly awaiting these concerts with all their hearts,” the company wrote.

Refunds will be issued to ticket buyers on Oct. 12.
Confusion arose when the shows at the 70,000-capacity stadium were announced in August because the venue said it had no agreement with the event organizer.
Ye’s has performed in stadiums across the globe this year, including a two-night stand at Chicago’s Soldier Field that grossed a whopping $27.98 million across both nights, according to Pollstar Boxoffice.
The rapper has upcoming shows in Jakarta, Houston, Arlington and Phoenix.
