As anyone who’s seen her in concert knows, Charli xcx is usually laser-focused on her current material and rarely looks back for more than a couple of songs.
But she made an exception on Saturday night at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles, when she performed her 2014 breakthrough hit “Boom Clap” (for the first time since 2023 according to setlist.fm ), at the special request of guest Chappell Roan , who joined her for the song.
