Luis Miguel Hints at 2027 World Tour on Social Media

Latin music fans won’t have to wait long for Luis Miguel to make his way back to venues across the globe. The iconic singer recently posted an image of himself on social media with the words “Luis Miguel Tour 2027.”

No other details were revealed, but it’s more than enough to rile fans, no matter what generation. Miguel, a Puerto Rican-born crooner raised in Mexico, is one of the most beloved figures in Latin music, a modern Frank Sinatra whose charm and talent remain intact despite not making many public appearances or releasing any new music in nearly a decade.

“Because he’s an idol. People love him,” Cárdenas Marketing Network CEO Henry Cárdenas told Pollstar in 2024. “The other thing is that he doesn’t go out every year, and people were hungry to see him.”

Cárdenas promoted Miguel’s return to live in 2023—his first trek since 2019—and it became one of the most successful Latin tours ever. The celebrated singer performed in arenas and stadiums across North and South America and Europe, playing 186 shows in 16 months and grossing $415,849,128 from 2,861,491 tickets, according to Pollstar Boxoffice.

It is unclear who is involved in Miguel’s 2027 tour, but it will likely finish among the top tours on Pollstar ’s charts.
